Ubuntu 24.04 LTS Beta Is Now Available and you can download it for your testing purpose. The Ubuntu 24.04 LTS beta features the latest GNOME 46 desktop environment and runs on Linux kernel 6.8. This beta update includes accessibility features, the ability to import configurations for custom setups, and new default installation options (Basic and Full, replacing Minimal and Normal).
The Ubuntu installer now allows guided (unencrypted) ZFS installations, along with the existing encrypted option. However, both ZFS options are still considered experimental in Ubuntu 24.04 LTS.
