Ubuntu 26.04 LTS Daily Builds Are Now Available
Good news for the Ubuntu lover as the daily build images for Ubuntu 26.04 ‘Resolute Raccoon’ are available for download. If you love hunting for bugs or want to see the progress then don’t be late. As a Long Term Support (LTS) release, Ubuntu 26.04 LTS is scheduled to arrive in 23 April 2026.This is the next long-term support release scheduled after Ubuntu 24.04 LTS.
Steve Langasek is honored in the 26.04 LTS release. Prior to his death in early 2025, he chose this codename “Resolute Raccoon” while serving as a Debian and Ubuntu release manager for Canonical for several years.
